Her journey began with our Customer Care team, where she quickly distinguished herself with her ability to connect with customers and solve their problems effectively. With a background in graphic design and a fresh start in programming, Isabelle was drawn to Amilia not just for a job, but for an opportunity to pivot her career into the tech world.
During her time in Customer Care, Isabelle honed her technical skills while focusing on understanding the client’s needs. Her genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn led her to explore opportunities beyond her initial role, setting her on a path of rapid growth within the company.
Embracing New Challenges: From Developer to Software Development Team Lead
Recognizing her potential and drive, Isabelle transitioned to a developer role after completing her certification in programming. Over five years, she proved her mettle by contributing to several key projects that helped shape the Amilia SmartRec platform. She became known for her ability to adapt and her eagerness to learn, which led her to the next step in her career—becoming a Software Development Team Lead.
Driven by a desire to support her colleagues, Isabelle embraced this new challenge, building on the team's collaborative spirit and fostering a culture of growth.

"Our agile approach allows us to adapt quickly and maintain the quality and reliability of our platform," Isabelle explains. "On top of that, our developers have 10% of their time set aside to explore new technologies and experiment with fresh ideas. This exploration helps us align with industry best practices and continuously improve."
By leveraging modern frameworks like React and TypeScript on the frontend, alongside technologies such as .NET Core and C# on the backend, Amilia’s teams ensure the platform remains efficient, scalable, and capable of meeting the needs of over 1,500 organizations.
